About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President Human Resources (VP HR) to lead our HR function and align people strategy with business objectives. This role will be pivotal in shaping organizational culture, driving leadership capability, and ensuring the company has the right talent and frameworks to achieve long-term success. The VP HR will act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Partner with executive leadership to define and execute HR strategies that support the companys overall business direction.

- Lead the transformation of HR into a strategic business partner, ensuring alignment of people and culture initiatives with business priorities.

- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to support business growth and scalability.

Talent Management & Development:

- Oversee end-to-end talent management, including acquisition, onboarding, career development, succession planning, and retention strategies.

- Build and implement leadership development programs to strengthen the leadership pipeline.

- Champion a performance-driven culture, integrating learning, coaching, and mentoring across levels.

Culture & Engagement:

- Foster an inclusive, high-performance, and values-driven culture.

- Lead employee engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience and improve retention.

- Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring that organizational values are embedded in policies, processes, and daily interactions.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and rewards strategies.

- Ensure pay equity, transparency, and alignment of rewards with performance and business results.

- Collaborate with finance leadership to align workforce costs with financial planning.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and ethical practices.

- Develop HR policies, processes, and frameworks to support organizational growth and risk management.

- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace ethics.

People Analytics & Technology:

- Leverage data-driven insights to support talent decisions, workforce planning, and HR effectiveness.

- Implement HR technology solutions (HRIS, LMS, ATS, performance tools) to improve HR operations and employee experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).

- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior strategic HR leadership role.

- Proven track record of building HR strategies in alignment with organizational growth.

- Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, leadership development, and change management.

- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with C-suite executives.

- Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth, or technology-driven industries preferred.
