Position Summary:
E Vitamin Business Consulting Pvt.Ltd. is seeking a Performance Marketing Expert to manage and optimize digital campaigns for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ROI-focused growth strategies.
You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, analyzing, and scaling paid campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and drive sustainable e-commerce growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- ROI & ROAS Focus: Develop, implement, and refine strategies to achieve business goals with measurable ROI.
- Audience Targeting: Leverage data-driven insights to build advanced audience segments, retargeting funnels, and lookalike audiences.
- Creative Strategy: Collaborate with content, design, and brand teams to develop ad creatives that maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor campaign KPIs, track budgets, and generate performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Scaling Campaigns: Identify high-performing channels and campaigns, then scale them profitably to drive consistent growth.
- Market Research: Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to enhance campaign efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth for D2C/e-commerce brands.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and attribution models.
- Ability to design, execute, and manage full-funnel performance campaigns.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and landing page optimization.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making with a clear understanding of ROAS and ROI metrics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
