Position: HR Manager.

About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations and help shape a thriving, performance-driven culture.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, compliance, grievance handling, and employee engagement with a strong understanding of fast-paced digital or e-commerce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Compliance:

- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth implementation of policies and processes.

- Ensure timely completion of payroll, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.), and audit requirements.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-performing candidates.

- Ensure seamless onboarding and induction experience for new hires.

Performance Management & Appraisals:

- Coordinate annual and mid-year appraisal cycles, ensuring fairness and transparency.

- Support managers in setting KPIs and tracking performance progress.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by ensuring open communication.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

- Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.

- Foster a collaborative, motivated, and value-driven workplace culture.

Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in HR operations and talent management, preferably within E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Tech-based companies.

- Hands-on experience using KEKA HRMS for payroll, performance, and attendance management (mandatory).

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll systems, and statutory compliance.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
