Job Overview:
- As an E-Commerce Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management of Amazon and Flipkart accounts, ensuring growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- You will drive product listing optimization, inventory management, and sales strategy execution to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns to drive growth and profitability.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze sales trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Identify new opportunities for product visibility and market expansion.
- Handle vendor and platform communications effectively.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in e-commerce account management, preferably D2C brands.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart seller dashboards and best practices.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results
