Position : Chief of Staff Description : - The CoS at e-trio will be responsible for directly supporting the CEO in driving projects, strategic planning, key personnel hiring, performance reviews and internal & external communication. The CoS will be part of the senior management team and will play a crucial leadership role in driving organization's growth. - The role will require you to multi task and don different hats of a business analyst, project manager, change agent and a HR professional. The CoS could be spearheading/ supporting key projects across different functions, influencing stakeholders to align them and providing deep data driven insights for decision making. - The role is meant for those who have a sharp business perspective, technical acumen, analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mind-set and a passion for excellence.
