Position Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and supporting multi-country IT and business transformation initiatives.

The role includes roadmap contribution, identifying standardization opportunities, gathering requirements, deriving ROI for proposed initiatives, strengthening governance, service delivery oversight, and ensuring structured execution across projects.

This role involves close coordination with cross-functional and cross-country stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Roadmap Contribution:

- Contribute to the creation of annual and multi-year transformation roadmaps.

- Identify areas for standardization, simplification, and harmonization across geographies.

- Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments and support business case preparation.

- Evaluate new requirements from countries/business units and identify solution options.

- Assist in prioritizing projects based on business value, urgency, impact, and ROI potential.

Project Leadership & Coordination:

- Lead medium to large-scale cross-functional IT/business projects.

- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

- Manage risks, dependencies, resource planning, procurement coordination, and timelines.

- Ensure adherence to project governance workflows and structured execution practices.

- Support change management, communication, and adoption activities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

- Work with stakeholders across IT, business, QA, HR, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.

- Conduct requirement discussions, workshops, and documentation sessions.

- Provide regular updates through dashboards, trackers, and governance reports.

- Escalate risks and blockers with recommended solutions.

- Present project updates and recommendations to leadership teams.

Governance, Tracking & Service Delivery Oversight:

- Maintain governance artefacts including RAID logs, change registers, and decision logs.

- Prepare and present governance dashboards and scorecards.

- Track ITSM ticket performance (incidents, service requests, problem tickets, change requests).

- Conduct ticket trend analysis and identify repetitive issues, RCA themes, and SLA gaps.

- Recommend improvements to service delivery workflows based on ticket analytics.

- Maintain structured, version-controlled document repositories on SharePoint.

Requirements, Standardization & Value Realization:

- Conduct requirement workshops; prepare BRDs/FRDs as applicable (optional).

- Identify harmonization and standardization opportunities across processes/systems.

- Prepare impact assessments, gap analyses, and solution recommendation summaries.

- Support value realization tracking by defining measurable benefits and reporting progress.

- Align requirements with overall transformation goals and business priorities.

Documentation, Reporting & Leadership Presentations:

- Prepare professional PowerPoint decks for leadership and steering committee updates.

- Develop reports, dashboards, project summaries, and decision documents.

- Create SOPs, workflows, and process documentation as required.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical & Analytical Skills:

- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, dashboards).

- PowerPoint (executive storytelling and structured communication).

- Experience with project tools such as Jira, MS Project, Planner, and Asana.

- Experience with ITSM tools for ticket tracking and service delivery analytics.

- Strong analytical skills for benefits, ROI, and performance reporting.

Project Leadership Skills:

- Strong ability to lead multi-country or cross-functional projects.

- Understanding of governance frameworks, risk management, and dependencies.

- Ability to identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization.

Behavioural Competencies:

- Structured communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

- High attention to detail and quality of outputs.

- Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or equivalent.

- MBA optional.

- Experience 8-10 years in project management, PMO, or IT/business transformation roles.

- Certifications (Optional) PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications (optional but beneficial).

Key Deliverables:

- Roadmap inputs & prioritized project pipeline.

- Business case inputs including ROI estimates.

- Governance dashboards, scorecards & status reports.

- RAID logs, change logs, and decision logs.

- ITSM ticket analytics & improvement recommendations.

- Standardization/harmonization assessment reports.
