Customer Behavior Analysis: - Conduct daily analyses of customer behavior across specific cohorts to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement. - Utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights that inform product enhancements and retention strategies. Growth Strategy Development: - Synthesize current trends and customer data to draft comprehensive optimization and growth strategies aimed at increasing user retention. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement these strategies effectively. Utilization of Retention Tools: - Leverage various retention tools and technologies to enhance performance metrics, focusing on non-buyers conversion rates, repeat visits, and repeat purchases. - Experiment with new retention techniques to continuously improve user engagement.
