As an Operations Manager you will be - - Driving revenue growth across multiple eCommerce platforms including Flipkart, Purplle, Nykaa, Myntra, and others, through strategic planning and execution. - Conducting market research to analyze competition, monitor market trends, and identify growth opportunities. - Leading teams in product cataloging, A+ content creation, and SEO optimization to ensure top-quality listings and maximum visibility. - Managing key marketplace relationships while coordinating with operations to handle shipments and POs, minimizing stock-out periods. - Preparing performance reports (weekly and monthly) and collaborate with management to forecast sales and plan future strategies. Requirements - - The candidates should possess strong numerical and analytical skills and be at ease with data and problem statements. - The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience post MBA, preferably in roles such as Revenue Manager, Growth Manager, Founder's Office, Key Accounts Manager or Program Managers. - Colleges from tiers 2 and 3 will suffice. - Candidates should possess the intelligence/smartness required to establish and sustain relationship/account management with e-commerce platforms, focusing on growth and revenue - Candidates from other e-commerce platforms will be good to go.
