Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager with 3-6 years of relevant experience to manage our online merchandise sales and operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end functioning of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, vendor coordination, inventory control, customer service, and order fulfillment. This role also involves leading a small team (2-3 members) and collaborating closely with marketing and logistics teams. Key Responsibilities (KRA): - Manage accurate and timely product listings including descriptions, pricing, categories, and images on the e-commerce platform - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for stock updates, delivery timelines, and order fulfillment - Monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and manage restocking in coordination with vendors - Supervise order processing and dispatches to ensure timely and correct delivery of products - Handle customer support through email, chat, and phone, addressing queries, returns, and complaints professionally - Ensure smooth coordination with logistics and delivery partners for tracking, escalations, and successful deliveries - Maintain and update the online store's design, layout, product pages, and troubleshooting site issues as needed - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales - Generate periodic reports on sales, customer feedback, returns, and fulfillment metrics for management review - Lead and mentor a small team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations Skillsets Required: - Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento,etc.) - Experience with product catalog management and CMS tools - Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for web troubleshooting is a plus - Good understanding of order management systems and inventory tools - Excellent communication and coordination skills for vendor and customer interactions - Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and inventory tracking - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in managing a small team - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of logistics processes and experience working with third-party delivery partners Qualification: - Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
