Hiring: Channel Sales Lead | Chargeup | Location: Delhi (Base) | Handling PAN India Operations

Were looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Lead to drive growth in the e-rickshaw segment and build a strong partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute a scalable channel sales strategy for the e-rickshaw segments.
- Identify, onboard, and manage a network of distributors and dealers to drive volume and market coverage.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team with clearly defined KPIs and performance goals.
- Develop and oversee onboarding, training, and incentive programs for the sales team and channel partners.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to align go-to-market initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.
- Regularly present sales performance insights and strategic dashboards to the Co-Founder & CEO.
So, if you are:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in channel sales, specifically in the e-rickshaw industry.
- Strong domain expertise in the e-rickshaw industry.
- Demonstrated ability to scale networks and drive 3x5x revenue growth.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong operational and field execution capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and management abilities
