The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales and distributor management, with proven leadership skills and the ability to drive sales growth across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. - Manage and grow channel partners including distributors, dealers, and retail networks. - Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration in assigned territories. - Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights. - Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team to exceed sales targets. - Ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives and promotional activities. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth operations. - Prepare periodic reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management. Key Requirements: - 12 to 20 years of proven experience in channel sales, preferably in FMCG, Consumer Durables, or related sectors. - Strong understanding of the Tamil Nadu and Kerala market landscape. - Demonstrated ability to manage multi-region sales operations and large distributor networks. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across the region. Preferred Qualifications: - MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related discipline. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Fluency in English and regional languages (Tamil and Malayalam) is an added advantage.
