India Campus HR Specialist - Contractual

About The Role:
- As an HR Specialist, you will combine data-driven HR insights, effective communication, and strong project management to drive various HR initiatives including Labor Codes.
- This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for holding execution across all HR priorities in all business verticals within India; including data dashboards, managing key projects and priorities to support the India Campus HR Head.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Project Management:
- Lead and support key HR projects during the year.
- Support and drive engagement events for India and related communication.
- Ensure standard processes are followed across India.
- Identify and manage project risks and report statuses to India Campus HR Head.
Data Analytics & Dashboards:
- Analyse HR data to provide actionable insights.
- Generate and interpret HR dashboards/ reports for leadership.
- Prepare presentations to deliver clear HR insights.
- Support HR communication and training with well-designed presentations.
India Labor Code Compliance:
- Support the Campus HR Head on Labor Code compliances review and project execution.
- Regular updates and periodic review of Labor compliances for all India business verticals, with relevant stakeholders including internal Employee Services compliance team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years in HR with proven data analytics and project management experience.
- Advanced Excel and Presentation making skills; working knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in AI tools is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
