Description:

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end-to-end project management of projects managed by direct reports and people leaders.

- Help manage client relationships for your teams business portfolio.

- Consistently meet client expectations for delivering market research data and services.

- Use advanced capabilities to complete custom/complex projects without a clear, published solution.

- Actively monitor and update management with team key performance indicator data.

- Provide world-class training for team members in a rapidly changing environment.

- Responsible for staff administration including reviews and salaries.

- Monitor and proactively communicate with internal and external clients regarding team milestones, hurdles, etc.

- Effectively work/communicate within a team-based environment.

Experience:

- At least 7 years of recent experience in quantitative online and digital market research experience, including competence in research and survey design, sampling, and consultation.

- At least 7 years of progressive management experience of complex market research operational functions in matrixed environments.

- Knowledge & Skill:

- Has broad business and managerial knowledge of a specific function or department industry vertical or technical discipline.

- Has broad general knowledge of all relevant business relationships within the company.

- Has broad understanding of the companys businesses and other functional groups.

- Has a broad understanding of industry issues.

- Demonstrates people leadership skills for significant populations and/or technical experts.
