Job Purpose:
processes are developed for carrying out routine and non-routine works for the client.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement MEP strategies, policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that MEP systems and equipment are installed and maintained correctly, and identify any issues that need to be addressed.
- Ensure that MEP requirements are integrated into the overall project plan and budget.
- Manage and supervise MEP contractors and vendors, and ensure that they deliver quality work on time and within budget.
- Review and approve MEP designs, specifications, and documentation, and provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Ensure that all MEP systems and equipment meet sustainability and energy efficiency standards, and recommend improvements wherever necessary.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies, and represent the company in meetings and negotiations.
- Manage the MEP budget and expenses, and ensure that project costs are within budgetary limits.
- Review and ensure that all MEP-related documents, records, and reports are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training, or certification required)
- BE/B.Tech in Civil, MBA/PGDM preferred
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)
15-20 years of experience
