Job Purpose: To showcase management's operating plans for the coming periods & formalizes management's plans in quantitative terms.

Accountabilities:

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Preparation of Budgets:

- Concept level Budget preparation.

- Schematic level Budget-(Accuracy level approx. 80% in terms of quantification due to absence of detailed design). Base Specification sheets to be provided by Architects/ Management to ensure accuracy of budgets.

- Detailed Design Budget.

- Regular upgradation of Budget in accordance with Final GFC Drawings Issued.

- Updating the Budget on a quarterly basis in line with the material escalation cost information shared by the tendering contracts department.

Estimation and Tendering:

- Preparation of BOQ and forward the same along with data to Tendering and Contracts department for floating/ finalization of Tenders.

- Involved with the closure of MEP Packages with the MEP team and forward the same to the Contracts Department for preparation of Contracts.

Reports:

- Monthly Budgeted vs Actual Reports.

- Any financial reports required by the Management.

Experience & Educational Requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training, or certification required)

BE/B.Tech Civil

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 10-15 years of experience
