Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Technology Solution Consultant to partner with cross functional teams and executive stakeholders in designing and delivering digital solutions.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to translate complex requirements into scalable, enterprise ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Communication & Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to C level executives and business leaders.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business narratives.
Solution Design & Delivery:
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to design digital solutions aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Map business processes to technology capabilities, ensuring scalability and compliance.
- Support implementation of AI driven tools, automation, and digital workflows.
Executive Presentation & Reporting:
- Develop compelling PowerPoint decks for management, showcasing solution roadmaps, ROI, and transformation impact.
- Present proposals to boards, steering committees, and senior stakeholders.
- Use storytelling and data visualization to secure buy in.
- Target Operating Model (TOM) Expertise
- Analyze and design TOMs for HR and other functions, aligning people, process, and technology.
- Identify gaps between current and future state operating models.
- Recommend digital interventions to optimize workforce management, compliance, and efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills.
- Expertise in creating structured, visually appealing PPT decks for executive audiences.
- Deep understanding of Target Operating Models (TOMs), especially in HR.
- Ability to work seamlessly with cross functional teams.
- Knowledge of digital transformation technologies (AI, automation, ERP, HRIS).
- Analytical thinking: process mapping, gap analysis, ROI modeling.
- Experience in change management and guiding organizations through digital adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution design, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of working with C level stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Experience in HR technology, ERP platforms, or enterprise digital solutions preferred.
