- Responsible for total rewards support to Head of India Total Rewards. Acts as the seniormost member of the 4 member team. - Proficient with both compensation and benefits. - Minimum 5 years Total Reward experience supporting India region post MBA from premier b-school preferred. - Other graduates or MBAs with more experience maybe considered if from large well known reputed organizations. - Ideal candidate will have a mix of consulting and corporate experience, in a multinational company in services sector. Candidates from IT/ITeS are preferred but FMCG, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing may also be considered. This position is expected to be based in Noida. Relocation will be provided within India. The candidate should have in depth experience in the following areas : - Designing pay ranges - Participating in surveys of Mercer, Aon Hewitt, etc - Benefits renewal for Medical, GPA, GTLI - Post merger integration of large acquisitions - HR policy like vacation, leave, deputation, stand by, night shift, Overtime, - All compensation related statutes like PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Payment of bonus, gratuity, EDLI, Shops &amp; Establishments - Understanding or applying the income tax act for designing tax friendly and compliant compensation structures
