Job Title : Sales Executive / Sales Manager - Commercial Co-Working Spaces

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional with proven experience in commercial co-working spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving occupancy, acquiring new clients, and building long-term relationships with corporate and startup customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Generate and convert leads for commercial co-working spaces through direct sales, referrals, and networking

- Understand client requirements and offer suitable workspace solutions (private offices, shared desks, meeting rooms, etc.)

- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients

- Close deals by demonstrating strong negotiation and persuasion skills

- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and upselling opportunities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth onboarding of clients

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in sales within commercial co-working spaces / commercial real estate

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Very strong negotiation and closing abilities

- Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- Good understanding of market trends and competitor offerings

- Experience dealing with corporate clients, startups, and SMEs

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
