Were looking for a sharp, dependable Founders Office Associate to work directly with the founder and leadership team.

This role is perfect for someone with 2 to 4 years of experience in startups, consulting, or business operations, who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys solving cross-functional challenges.

What Youll Do.

- Drive and support key strategic projects across operations, hiring, marketing, and growth.

- Build and maintain trackers, reports, and internal decks.

- Represent the founder in key communications when needed.

What Were Looking For.

- 2 to 4 years of experience in fast-paced roles (startups, Advertising agency, strategy, operations, EA, etc.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Strong in Google Sheets, Docs, and basic data analysis.

- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.

- Ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
