- DViO Digital is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager -Media and Performance Marketing to oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

- This role involves analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, and collaborating with creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive conversions.

Responsibilities:

- Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query) to analyze campaign performance and create dynamic reports.

- Track, reconcile, and optimize daily/weekly/monthly ad budgets.

- Present insights and reports to stakeholders, explaining performance trends and ROI.

- Monitor and optimize daily campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rates).

- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry developments.

Skills:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, or similar platforms.

- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.

- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple campaigns
