Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Growth and Strategy to drive client growth and strategic initiatives, building long-term client relationships and leading the development of tailored growth strategies to maximize business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement growth strategies to enhance client engagement and drive revenue.

- Foster and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives.

- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to expand scope and offerings.

- Lead a team to deliver impactful, client-centric strategies, collaborating across departments.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

- Oversee performance reporting and market analysis to ensure optimal results for clients.

- Manage client budgets, ensuring profitability while optimizing resource allocation.

- Continuously innovate and implement best practices for client growth and satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 5+ years in client strategy, business development, or account management, with leadership experience with Digital Marketing organization.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Expertise in developing growth strategies and driving measurable results.

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and large client portfolios.
