Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business processes, goals, and challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sale activities and ongoing account management.
- Organize and lead monthly steering committee meetings with key stakeholders to review product adoption, performance, feedback, and upcoming priorities.
- Travel periodically to client locations for relationship management, product reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Monitor product usage and client engagement; proactively address issues to ensure satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product, Engineering, Training) to resolve client concerns and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Capture structured feedback and insights from clients and share them with internal product and service teams for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in coordination with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate account documentation, including success plans, communication logs, and engagement metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience working with clients in NBFC's, banks, lending, or fintech domain.
- Good understanding of lending workflows and digital financial products.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
- Willingness to travel periodically to client locations as required.
- Customer-first mindset with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and comfort with data insights will be an added advantage.
