Reporting to: Lead - Go-to-Market, Dvara Health Finance


Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager will lead the implementation of DHF's program in Maharashtra, owning key business metrics including customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and collections. The role involves both sales and operational ownership, along with expansion into new districts and stakeholder management.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead implementation of DHF's program in Maharashtra


- Own customer acquisition, retention, revenue and collections metrics


- Handle pre- and post-sale activities


- Drive expansion into new districts


- Manage key stakeholder relationships


- Oversee people management at location - hiring, training, and performance management


Skills & Qualifications:

- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in setting up new business units/operations


- Ability to handle both sales and operations


- MBA or equivalent qualification


- Fluent in Marathi (Mandatory)


- Experience in leading a sales/service team
