Role Overview:

As a Management Trainee in Human Resources, you will be immersed in the end-to-end employee lifecycle, gaining hands-on experience in building a high-performance culture. You will work closely with the HR leadership team to streamline talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management processes. This role is designed to provide a holistic understanding of HR operations, where your contributions will directly influence organizational efficiency and the overall employee experience at Duroflex.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.

- Manage HR operations, documentation, employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Configure and maintain HRMS workflows, forms, reports, and system settings while supporting HR technology initiatives.

- Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing support, interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding, and candidate experience.

- Assist in compensation and benefits administration, payroll inputs, and employee benefit programs.

- Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture-building initiatives.

- Partner with HR Business Partners to support performance management, talent reviews, workforce planning, and organizational initiatives.

- Coordinate learning and development programs, maintain training records, and monitor program effectiveness.

- Generate HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

- Participate in cross-functional HR projects focused on process improvement, automation, and enhancing employee experience.

- Respond to employee queries and provide timely HR support while ensuring a high standard of service.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate across functions to deliver people initiatives.

Required Skillset:

- Possess a strong foundation in HR principles and organizational behavior, typically acquired through an MBA in Human Resources or a related postgraduate degree.

- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees across various levels of the organization.

- Exhibit high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting purposes.

- Show a high degree of adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Bangalore.

- Maintain a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
