Role Purpose
1. Cross-Functional Digital Program Management
- Define scope, timelines, resources, and risk frameworks
- Act as the single point of accountability for delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Drive structured decision-making through clear documentation and trade-offs
- Own budget planning, tracking, and variance management
2. Consumer Touchpoint Technology Ownership
- Own roadmap for COCO store tech, dealer platforms, and retention tools
- Lead implementation of POS, store analytics, AI-led CX tools
- Drive adoption and enhancements of Dealer Hub (DuroHub)
- Manage retention tools (e.g., WhatsApp journeys) with CRM/CDP integrations
3. Platform Migrations & Implementations
- Lead major migrations (e-commerce, POS, OMS) end-to-end
- Manage multiple vendors and cross-functional workstreams
- Ensure data integrity, seamless integrations, and business continuity
4. AI & Emerging Technology Programs
- Drive AI/ML PoCs (store analytics, computer vision, footfall tracking)
- Define success metrics and evaluate vendor solutions
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
5. Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Align stakeholders across Retail, Marketing, CX, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT
- Drive accountability for UAT, requirements, and go-live readiness
- Establish governance frameworks (steering committees, sprint reviews)
- Maintain structured documentation (decision logs, risk registers, etc.)
Key Deliverables (First 12 Months)
- Deliver COCO store tech roadmap milestones
- Scale store AI/analytics initiatives (e.g., TangoEye or similar)
- Drive adoption of Dealer Engagement Platform
- Successfully close ongoing platform migrations
- Establish standardized governance framework
- Improve delivery metrics (on-time, on-budget execution)
Experience
- 6+ years in digital program/project management
- 3+ years managing cross-functional tech delivery in retail/D2C/consumer brands
- Experience in e-commerce, retail tech, or digital transformation programs
Technical Skills
- Understanding of e-commerce architecture, APIs, and integrations
Exposure to:
- Shopify / Shopify Plus
- OMS (e.g., Uniware)
- CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Retention tools (WhatsApp, marketing automation)
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and PoC execution
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies

Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. (preferred)
- MBA (good to have)
