JOB SUMMARY :  Position is responsible for HR Shared Services Capability Development. Key responsibility areas will include Implementing Shared Services Fundamental Concepts, Training, Knowledge Management, Transitions, Quality, Metrics and Project Management. HR Shared Services support roles will report into the position.   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :  - Work closely with AP Service Center Leader to oversee HR SSC internal operations  - Ensure HR SSC is delivering services against the internal provisions of agreed service level objectives and measurement targets  - Identify Training needs and build plan to enhance team capability  - Own and drive Knowledge Management including all Shared Services internal documentation and related HR Portal content   - Ensure that all functions within the HR SSC meet established targets through continuous evaluation, quality assurance, and focused improvement efforts  - Recommend and oversee the implementation of business process improvements and large scale projects including transitions  - Ensure all service center technology is updated to meet changing organizational requirements  - Responsible for resolving complex issues raised through the HR Business Partner, COE or HR SSC teams, serving as the escalation point and managing the resolution of those issues  - Build and maintain a strong team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building, and resource planning   EDUCATION :  - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field  EXPERIENCE :  - Minimum of eight to ten (8 - 10) years related experience in service center operations capacity; or equivalent combination of education and experience  - Operations management / people management experience with similar responsibilities preferred   - Experience in successfully managing and implementing large scale HR operational projects including system applications, associated risk management/mitigation and supporting business readiness, communications, and training activities is required   - Experience in managing outsourced service providers  SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :  - Must be detail oriented and highly motivated with the ability to set and achieve goals and objectives  - Client service focus   - Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communication  - Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion at all times  - Experience with building strong work teams, training, development  - Adaptable, open to new ideas, flexible in dealing with different viewpoints and site differences,   - Project management and ability to work under tight deadlines  - Resilient; able to deal with uncertainty   - Proven executive level competencies, specifically leadership, communications, partnerships, process and change management  - Strong team development skills; excellent at clarifying common goals among diverse staff members, gaining consensus on an overall approach, and building a collaborative environment   - Excellent interpersonal skills
