Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist to support our regional sales organization through data-driven insights, process excellence, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, ensuring seamless execution of sales programs, optimizing pipeline management, and enhancing sales productivity through systems, analytics, and enablement initiatives.

This role offers a blend of analytical rigor, process management, and strategic collaboration, with the opportunity to impact key business outcomes across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Process Optimization:

- Streamline sales processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive efficiency through automation and best practices in CRM and reporting systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Business Insights & Reporting:

- Develop and maintain actionable dashboards and performance reports to track key KPIs pipeline health, conversion ratios, and revenue growth metrics.

Sales Enablement:

- Support enablement initiatives including training coordination, sales tool adoption, and performance feedback mechanisms aligned with business goals.

Operational Excellence:

- Lead and coordinate internal governance processes pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and sales workshops ensuring data accuracy and strategic alignment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with finance, marketing, and business analytics teams to ensure unified execution of go-to-market initiatives and data consistency across systems.

Vendor & Platform Management:

- Oversee vendor onboarding and compliance activities through the D&B Compass platform, ensuring adherence to operational standards and process transparency.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).

- 4 to 7 years of experience in sales operations, business enablement, or revenue support roles in data-driven or enterprise B2B organizations.

- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Excel, CRM tools (preferably Salesforce), and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Proven track record of improving sales processes, creating operational frameworks, and enhancing sales productivity.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global business environment.
