Due Diligence/Private Equity/Reporting
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities : - Develop a good understanding of the investment strategies for Private Equity, Tactical Opportunity, Life Sciences, Infra, Energy, Growth funds, and other business units as required.
- Become the SME and the Go To person for the team members for any doubts related process.
- Preparing Ad-Hoc reports/dashboards as per managements requirement.
- Ensure timely allocation and delivery of work to the client without breaching the SLAs/KPIs.
- Mentor and coach, the team members by providing them with timely feedback.
- Build a solid relationship with the clients and ensure they get the best possible experience from the team.
- Preparing the process documentation and creation of SOPs.
- Identify process gaps and drive process improvement projects.
Desired Candidate Profile : - Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in various private equity concepts, fee structures, and performing end-to-end business valuations.
- Basic conceptual knowledge of various valuation techniques like DCFs, Comparable Company Analysis, etc.
- Should have very good working knowledge of Answering Due Diligence Questionnaires and Other Fund/Investment level reporting like Valuation reporting, LP reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word).
- Experience in iLevel, 73Strings, or any reporting software is advantageous.
- The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and a people manager who possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines.
- The profile involves effective communication across clients facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must.
- A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders.
