Position Title - Zonal HR Head - North Zones CTC Range - 8 to 15 Lacs | Experience: Minimum of 4 ys - 11 Yrs Competencies / Attributes : Strong Vertical and Industry Knowledge. Good in Planning & Strategy. JOB Description Provide leadership and coordination of company's HR functions in the zone Develop and implement zonal HR strategy and programs and establish corporate strategy. Recommend and establish company HR policies, procedures and work practices in the zone Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes. Attract, retain and develop talent to support growth and business success. Facilitate and guide the various HR managers. Work with department managers and staff to develop strategic short term and long term business plans for Spencers. Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs. Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve HR data management. Recommend and maintain and organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives. Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives. Ensure efficient and effective Talent Management program in place. Education & work experience REQUIREMENTS : - MBA/ MSW/ MHRM/ PGDM degrees preferably from Premier institutes with 4 yrs of experience. - At least 2-3 yrs of generalist profile in the last assignments.
