About the Role

DTDC Express Limited is seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Sales Strategy team as Manager - Strategy Execution & Planning.

This role is pivotal in transforming business vision into action driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across our direct sales network.

Youll work closely with the National Head to translate strategic objectives into executable plans, monitor performance, and generate actionable insights that shape key business decisions around customer acquisition, retention, and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support annual and quarterly business planning and budgeting, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals.

- Conduct strategic and market analysis to identify growth trends, performance gaps, and emerging opportunities.

- Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to deliver actionable market intelligence for sales and business growth.

- Partner on pricing and profitability strategies, conducting customer profit analysis to ensure sustainable business growth.

- Lead customer lifecycle and retention analysis to identify loyalty drivers and inform data-backed engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Analysis, Sales Planning, or Management Consulting, preferably in Logistics / Express Distribution / B2B sectors.

- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related quantitative field.

- Advanced MS Excel proficiency is mandatory.

- Candidates with prior experience in the logistics or operations industry will be preferred.

- Analytical Excellence: Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate analysis into actionable business plans.

- Strategic Thinking: Strong grasp of both the macro business landscape and operational execution.

- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of sales levers, pricing models, and profitability dynamics.

- Communication Skills: Clear and impactful communicator, adept at stakeholder management and strategic presentations.
