Were on a mission to strengthen our digital and direct sales engine and are looking for a dynamic Lead Inside Sales to join our growing team in Mumbai.

About the Role

Were seeking a strategic, data-driven sales professional with hands-on experience in inside sales, lead generation, and market research to lead a team of five executives.

In this role, youll be responsible for developing scalable prospecting strategies, managing sales operations, and translating market insights into actionable business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, Coach & Motivate: Manage and mentor a team of five Inside Sales Executives; set performance goals, track metrics, and ensure continuous skill development.

- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the inside sales strategy for lead generation, prospect engagement, and customer acquisition across key B2B verticals.

- Implement structured lead generation frameworks using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.
io, and other prospecting tools.

- CRM Management: Ensure CRM accuracy (Salesforce/HubSpot) by tracking pipelines, updating lead statuses, and maintaining high data integrity.

- Outbound Sales Execution: Oversee call, email, and outreach campaigns to generate meetings and qualified leads for the external business development team.

- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPI's - including lead-to-conversion ratios, outreach performance, and campaign ROI and report insights to leadership.

What Youll Bring:

- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Enablement, or Business Development, with a focus on B2B or logistics/operations industries.

- Prior experience leading a team or managing sales executives.

- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and lead sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- A strategic thinker who can blend data-driven insights with on-ground execution
