Company has the state of art IT infrastructure to support their operations and has built many customized applications for its corporate clients.  - Responsible for designs, plans, directs and co-ordinates all operational activities of the department, together with the provision of IT and IS based solutions that support business processes  - Ensuring delivery of appropriate services including outsourced, support and information to all users across offices, including the service level agreement against ongoing projects & developments  - Actively involved in conducting System Study, Testing, Training & Hand-holding with end (Power) User and recommending design/development and process flow modification (end to end process) for following applications:  - ERP for the Main Courier Business  - Web based Courier applications.  - Transport Management System  - Sales Force Automation  - HRMS & Payroll  - Active participation in ERP (SAP) implementation & Training process (FICO, SD & MM)  - Optimize the utilization of resources in delivering and supporting the IT solutions provided. And by implementing various automation processes across all platform  - Handling Web Portal & Retail Application  - Vendor management against IT CAPEX. Implementation of Handheld device, Android phone, Access Point, Biometrics, DVR, IP Cameras, etc with cost effective solution  - Managing and Monitoring MPLS, LL / VPN connectivity, network & server management  - Implemented Quality Management System at the organization and significantly contribute in obtaining ISO certification under ISO 9001:2000  - Providing solution for eCommerce customers and managing zonal business and Operation excellence, including On Board Courier (OBC) planning, costing along with route designing and strategy planning  Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA
