Summary Description:  - Assist in the preparation, reporting and analysis of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts;   Ensuring forecast accuracy:   - Analyze divisional financial statements and provide narrative describing variances from budget, forecast and actual amounts   - Help develop and model alternate business scenarios to determine feasibility, revenue and cost impact of said scenarios.   Internal Audit:  - Carry out the internal audit at various regional office based on the agreed roadmap.  - Understanding of the risk management   - Follow up with each of the regional office for the action on mitigating the control lapse.  Job Functions :  - Works closely with regional managers and VP to improve forecast reliability.   - Generate and provide accurate and timely monthly financial information to Corporate Finance group.   - Analyze quarterly and monthly divisional financial statements including comparison of actual results to budget/forecast and analysis of key financial metrics and trends.   - Verify forecast accuracy by comparing forecast results to actual financial performance.   - Consolidate division input for fiscal operating budget. Analyze summary data and highlight variances from prior periods and among departments for management review. Draft narrative summary of approved plan.  - Participate in the consolidation of divisional input for fiscal operating budget. Analyze summary data and highlight variances from prior periods and among departments for management review.   - Perform divisional revenue, gross margin, variance, and regression analyses.   - Partner with Corporate Finance staff and operations managers to identify improvement opportunities.   - Develop models to support company initiatives and/or financial decisions   - Manage analyst resources to ensure timely and accurate deliverables to senior management   Knowledge,Skills, Experience, and Education Required:  - Experience in FP&A & internal audit with Big 4 audit firm   - Education CA/MBA cleared not more than in 2 attempts.  CTC: Best as per Industry
