DTDC - Business Analyst

What You'll Do:

- Lead end-to-end data analytics projects: from requirement gathering, data preparation, and modeling to delivering actionable insights.

- Design and implement advanced dashboards and reporting solutions for senior leadership.

- Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring high-quality insights and accuracy.

- Partner with IT/engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure, pipelines, and governance.

- Automate reports, KPIs, and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability.

- Communicate insights effectively through compelling data storytelling aligned with business strategy.

- Stay updated with emerging analytics tools, technologies, and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

- Expert-level SQL and data manipulation skills.

- Strong command of BI & visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

- Advanced Python or R skills for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).

- Understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data governance.

- Solid grasp of statistical methods, A/B testing, regression, forecasting, and clustering.

Soft Skills:

- Strong business acumen and ability to link data insights to business outcomes.

- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for senior leadership.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.

- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

- Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.

Experience:

- 3-5 years in data analytics, BI, or related roles.

- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions that impact business performance.

- Experience leading projects or mentoring junior analysts.

- Domain knowledge in [e-commerce, logistics, or relevant industry] is a plus.
