Job Title: Senior Manager Accounts & Finance

Experience:

- 15+ years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, Audit, and Compliance

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring strong control over bill processing and financial accuracy.

- Manage all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory obligations.

- Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports to senior management as required.

- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors; independently handle audit discussions and closure of audit observations.

- Own the finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L, and financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.

- Drive detailed project costing and profitability analysis across financial years.

- Independently handle Income Tax scrutiny, assessments, notices, and departmental cases, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.

- Monitor and manage creditor outstanding, including reconciliations, adjustments, and receipt tracking.

- Design, implement, and strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs across the organization.

- Act as a finance business partner, providing insights across business verticals to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements / Preferred Candidate Profile:

- CA (Pursuing / Qualified) or Post Graduate in Finance / Accounting.

- Extensive experience in accounts management, audits, taxation, and statutory compliance.

- Proven capability in setting up and scaling internal SOPs and control frameworks.

- Strong understanding of multi-business / multi-vertical operations.

- Ability to work independently and manage senior stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
