About The Role.


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Business Head to lead our newly established construction chemical factory at Madhyamgram Badu Road.

This is a senior leadership position with complete profit and loss responsibility for the entire business operation.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in the construction chemical industry, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics in the region.

KRAs:

- P&L Management: Own the full profit and loss of the factory, including revenue, costs, and profitability.

- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business growth, revenue, and market share targets.

- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team of any size.
- Provide guidance, set clear targets, and conduct performance reviews to ensure team success.

- Market & Business Development: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, dealers, and distributors.

- Operational Oversight: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations, from production and logistics to finance and customer service.

Requirements:

- Industry Expertise: A minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., Regional Head, General Manager, Business Head, Cluster Head, or Territory Manager) within the construction chemical industry is mandatory.

- Domain Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of construction chemical products like admixtures, waterproofing, sealants, grouts, and industrial flooring is essential.

- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and driving business growth.

- Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyse market trends, competitor activities, and financial data to make informed business decisions.

- Preferred Companies: Candidates with prior experience at companies like Pidilite, Fosroc, Sika, Mapei, Ardex, or Saint-Gobain will be given preference.
