Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive revenue growth by managing and motivating the sales team, overseeing the complete sales lifecycle, and strengthening client relationships. The role involves strategic planning, market analysis, team management, and execution to ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing and leading the sales team.

- Generate accurate sales reports and present regular reviews to management, including financial data and performance insights.

- Convert site visits into successful sales and motivate the sales team for improved closures.

- Manage the entire client base through strong follow-ups on leads for both existing and new clients.

- Conduct market reviews and studies, and analyze competitors activities and strategies.

- Visit and meet potential clients, coordinate discussions, and close deals.

- Ensure proper preparation and effective project presentations by the sales team.

- Manage and oversee outdoor hoardings and other on-ground promotional activities for the project.

- Oversee the complete sales flow including sales systems, workflows, sales velocity, and team training.

Requirements / Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in handling and leading a sales team (mandatory).

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process and sales operations.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and/or Salesforce (mandatory).

- Ability to analyze data, prepare MIS, and drive decisions based on insights.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

- Result-oriented mindset with strong leadership and execution capabilities.
