About The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Manager to oversee accounts and operations at RQS Mining.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be the key link between our factory, sales, accounts, and transport teams, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

You'll work directly with the MD and have real ownership over day-to-day operations, production coordination, and compliance.

If you're someone who can juggle multiple priorities, solve problems on the spot, and keep teams aligned, this could be a good fit.

What You'll Do:

- Work closely with the Factory Manager to monitor production, identify bottlenecks, and resolve operational issues.

- Coordinate with the Sales team on new orders and dispatches, liaising with transport to ensure timely delivery.

- Keep the Accounts team on track with daily entries and government compliance, particularly royalty-related requirements.

- Conduct regular factory visits to audit operations and address any issues first-hand.

- Handle day-to-day challenges across departments and coordinate with the MD for strategic direction.

Requirements:

- Commerce Graduate (B.Com or equivalent).

- At least 10 years of experience in accounts, operations, or a similar coordination role.

- Strong understanding of compliance, particularly in mining or manufacturing sectors.

- Someone who's comfortable being on the ground at the factory as well as managing office-based work.

- Good communicator who can work across teams and get things done.
