- 8 to 12 years of experience in creating B2B Marketing programs. - Ideating and developing GTM strategy and product marketing documents - Creating annual marketing plan and strategy including budgets - Well-versed with growth hacking tactics to drive growth/leads to business units - Should know CRM channels to keep the leads pipeline active for sales team - Develop an understanding of the drivers of customer acquisition, activation and retention and translate those insights into go-to-market programs, campaigns, and promotions - Support Business Development teams with content and marketing programs for partners - Collaborate with partners to jointly define, develop, execute, and analyze high-impact go-to-market digital and physical campaigns including timelines, channels, merchandising, promotion, customer value propositions, messaging, campaign goals and measurement.
