1. 4 to 7 years of experience in financial analysis, budget planning and management reporting. 2. Experience in forecasting future financial economy and formulating accurate budget plans. 3. Ability to create strategic monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with ensuring effective implementation. 4. Tracking and performing revenue and cost budget analysis as per the monthly, quarterly & annual plans formulated. 5. Expertise in identifying, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPI's) for futuristic business decisions. 6. Ability to perform variance analysis & review analysis as a measure of analyzing deviations and have a knowledge on activity based costing. 7. Ability to contrast the deviations in the organizations' actual financial performance to established business plans. 8. Understand and analyze variances and enable double down or take prompt corrective actions based one variance analysis. 9. Understanding of creation of dashboards and multiple essential financial models for visualizing data accuracy and senior management communication. 10. Specializing in Management Reporting supporting key business strategic initiatives. 11. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders for smooth overall process. 12. Capable of setting up a cost-saving plan to cut down inefficient costs and maintain a steady economic cost setting. Requirements: i. Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant or MBA in Finance highly preferred ii. Good presentation skills for senior leadership team interaction. iii. Closely worked with leadership team- CEO, CFO iv. Encourage creativity & startup innovation v. Possess excellent communication and soft skills
