
Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager - Inside Sales to lead and grow our digital marketing and no-code solutions business targeting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, a passion for digital solutions, and the ability to engage with clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive inside sales for digital marketing services (SEO, social media, performance marketing) and no-code websites and mobile apps tailored for small and medium businesses.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads through proactive outreach (calls, emails, online platforms).
- Present and pitch solutions to prospective clients, understanding their business needs and offering the right services.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with digital marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and market feedback to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or tech solutions for SMBs.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM) and familiarity with no-code/low-code website and app development platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a target-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Strong CRM and sales pipeline management skills.
- A passion for helping small businesses grow through technology and digital transformation.
- Can work as Individual contributor and able to manage a team size of 3 to 4 members.
- The profile requires to work six days from office.
