
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard partners across:
1. Apparel & Retail brands
2. Consumer Electronics
3. Entertainment & Experiences (e.g., PVR, cinemas, events)
4. E-commerce & Marketplace sellers
- Leverage existing industry connects to accelerate onboarding and negotiations.
- Drive commercial discussions including revenue models, margins, SLAs, and activation plans.
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Ops, Marketing) to ensure smooth partner launches.
- Build long-term relationships with partners, ensuring performance, satisfaction, and growth.
- Coordinate with partner stakeholders for campaign execution, offers, and in-store activations.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and track partnership progress and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 5-6 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Alliances.
- Proven network and relationships within:
1. Apparel & lifestyle brands
2. Consumer electronics companies
3. Entertainment industry (cinemas, events, experiences)
4. E-commerce or marketplace operations
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience managing partnerships end-to-end-from first conversation to go-live.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in an early-stage startup environment.
- Comfortable working across both online and offline business models.
Must Haves:
- Experience working with consumer-facing platforms or marketplaces.
- Prior exposure to high-growth startups or new product launches.
- Understanding of retail operations and e-commerce management.
