Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure business efficiency and compliance.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.

- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize workflow and ensure timely project execution.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for management

review.

- Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and resource allocation.

- Support strategic planning initiatives and assist leadership in decision-making.

- Ensure smooth execution of operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and process documentation.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record in operations, preferably in tech-enabled or service-driven organizations.

Eligibility Criteria:

- MBA (Operations/General Management preferred) is mandatory.

- 3-5 years of experience in operations, process management, or business strategy.
