Profile Name: Manager Solution Consulting  Location: Bangalore/Mumbai  Years of Experience: 3-8 yrs (Advantage 1 Year with Contact Center Applications)  Job Description:  Solution consulting involves understanding customer's technical and non-technical requirements, providing pre-sales support in large complex technical/business accounts, coordinating with Sales and Engineering teams to consult / build solutions for the enterprise need  The concerned person shall also be required to interact with the customer/clients on a regular basis & shall also be responsible for upselling Career progression would lead to vertical specific practice lead or management of P/L for a vertical / market.  Skills required:  - Candidates having a 1 year of relevant experience in pre-sales or Support/Implementation position (in contact center applications) are preferred  - Experience in providing pre-sales/ solution Implementation in large complex technical/business accounts  - Strong analytical skills and demonstrated success as a Pre- Sales/Solution Implementation professional  - Strong Presentation skills, Good communication skills, good writing skills  - Ability to understand and work on RFPs  - Ability to work with Customer, Engineering and Sales teams to understand the requirement in depth and propose alternatives / merits / demerits etc  - Ability to interact with the customers.  Preference of Professional background (In either of the following) :  - At least 1+ years of work experience as pre-Sales, consulting, Solution design, Professional Services in mid to large sized Contact Center requirements including but not limited to (IVR, ACD, Outbound Interaction   - Management, Integration with back-end applications).  - Experience with CRM consulting can also be considered.  Preference	of Educational Background:  Engineering Graduate : (EEE/ECE/CSE)  MBA - (Desirable but not Essential).
