The Post-Sales Business Analyst is a pivotal role dedicated to bridging the gap between a closed deal and a successful product implementation. With 3 years of experience, you will take ownership of the client journey once the contract is signed, ensuring that high-level sales promises are translated into granular, executable technical requirements.

This role demands a high degree of documentation mastery and stakeholder management to guide development teams through the delivery lifecycle. Based in Jaipur, you will work in a cross-functional capacity to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction by managing project scope, navigating changing requirements, and ensuring that the final delivery perfectly aligns with the clients business domain and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

- Post-Sales Requirement Management: Proficiently gather and manage detailed project requirements post-signing, ensuring that client expectations are deconstructed into actionable development tasks.

- Documentation Architecture: Develop and manage comprehensive Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), functional documents, and project manuals to serve as the definitive "source of truth" for technical teams.

- Stakeholder Alignment: Present and discuss functional requirements with clients, ensuring absolute alignment and satisfaction with the proposed technical solutions.

- Workflow Orchestration: Utilize advanced project management tools to plan, monitor, and streamline workflows, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery.

- Technical Communication: Translate complex technical requirements into clear, articulated updates for non-technical stakeholders while maintaining a unified understanding among diverse engineering teams.

- Implementation Support: Work closely with Project Managers to contribute vital requirement data for sprint planning, resource allocation, and execution tracking.

- Change Governance: Proactively manage and adapt to evolving project requirements, communicating adjustments effectively to prevent scope creep and ensure team alignment.

- Results-Oriented Growth: Leverage detailed requirement analysis to drive successful project outcomes, focusing on measurable results such as client retention and post-sale revenue expansion.

- Process Quality Management: Identify and incorporate process improvements and feedback into future project cycles to refine documentation and project management practices.

- Client Relationship Nurturing: Maintain strong post-sale relationships to identify additional business opportunities and ensure long-term client success within the domain.

Technical Requirements:

- Requirement Analysis: 3 years of hands-on experience in requirement elicitation, gap analysis, and feasibility studies.

- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using project management and wireframing tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence, Balsamiq, or Lucidchart).

- Documentation Standards: Expert in creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Use Case diagrams.

- SDLC Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, particularly Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Quality Frameworks: Familiarity with process improvement methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Preferred Skills:

- Domain Expertise: Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly master new industry domains (e.g., Fintech, Healthcare, E-commerce).

- Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and oral communication skills for high-stakes client interactions.

- Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where project requirements can pivot based on client feedback.

- Analytical Problem Solving: A track record of using data-driven requirements to solve complex business challenges.

- Immediate Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately to support ongoing implementations.
