Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Keka HRMS to manage and streamline end-to-end HR operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll processing, attendance management, performance management systems, employee engagement, and grievance redressal while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Keka HRMS:
- Manage and administer Keka HRMS for employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit).
- Configure and maintain modules related to attendance, leave, payroll, performance, and employee records.
- Ensure data accuracy, system updates, and regular audits within Keka HR.
Payroll & Compliance:
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing using Keka, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and labor laws.
- Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll-related matters.
Attendance & Leave Management:
- Monitor and manage attendance, shift scheduling, leave policies, and regularizations through Keka.
- Address discrepancies and ensure adherence to company attendance policies.
Performance Management:
- Drive the performance management cycle including goal setting, appraisals, reviews, and feedback using Keka PMS.
- Support managers and employees in performance evaluations and improvement plans.
- Analyze performance data and generate reports for leadership review.
Grievance Management & Employee Relations:
- Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially, ensuring timely resolution.
- Foster a positive work culture and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Conduct disciplinary actions and investigations in line with company policies.
Policy Development & HR Strategy:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs.
- Support leadership in HR planning, workforce management, and organizational development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Keka HRMS (mandatory).
- Proven experience in payroll processing, attendance management, performance management, and grievance handling.
- Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing HR operations for mid to large-sized organizations.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience in employee engagement and change management initiatives.
