
Human Resource Manager ( Operations )
About The Opportunity:
We are a high-growth player in the IT consulting and operations management sector, delivering end-to-end digital transformation and technology solutions to global clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectives and statutory requirements.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast staffing needs, design talent acquisition strategies, and support employee lifecycle management.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and recognition programs to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and internal audits across the organization.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering continuous learning and operational excellence.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
Preferred:
- Masters degree in HR Management, MBA, or equivalent.
- Certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD, or equivalent HR credentials.
- Experience in the IT/Technology or BPO sector.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
- Prior leadership experience managing a team of HR professionals.
