Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Marketing Head.

- The Marketing Head will lead overall marketing strategies, including market planning, campaign development, and brand management.

- Responsibilities include overseeing market research, crafting effective marketing initiatives, managing public relations, and collaborating with the sales team to drive results.

- The role requires leadership in identifying market opportunities, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering relationships with industry stakeholders to meet business goals.

Qualifications:

- Experience in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

- Strong expertise in Market Research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

- Proven skills in Sales and a track record of driving impactful marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

- Excellent Public Relations skills to build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and media outlets.

- Leadership experience in managing marketing teams and cross-functional collaboration.

- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in event management or event technology is a strong advantage.
