- We are looking for a skilled Client Success Manager to lead our event technology team and manage end-to-end client engagement for tech-driven event setups.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the event technology team, driving performance and motivation
- Oversee planning and execution of tech setups for client events
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth event delivery
- Manage technical elements such as AV equipment, streaming platforms, and registration systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues during events to ensure seamless execution
- Analyze event data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Develop SOPs and processes to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain and manage relationships with vendors and service providers
- Plan, manage, and track event budgets for cost-effectiveness
- Conduct post-event debriefs and implement feedback-driven improvements
- Mentor and train team members in tech operations and client service
- Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in event technology
- 4-6 years of experience in event management, preferably in a tech-focused or client-facing role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Solid understanding of AV systems and event technology
