About the Job.

We are seeking a seasoned Fund Manager to lead investment strategy and portfolio execution within our Alternate Asset Management (AIF / PMS) business.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in equity fund management, with proven ability to construct, monitor, and optimize portfolios while ensuring full regulatory and compliance adherence under SEBI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, execute, and monitor portfolio strategies across AIF / PMS mandates.

- Conduct performance attribution, risk analysis, and portfolio rebalancing in line with investment philosophy.

- Collaborate closely with research, compliance, and risk teams for data-driven decisions.

- Deliver quarterly performance reports, alpha rationale, and investor presentations.

- Ensure full compliance with SEBI AIF & PMS regulations and internal risk frameworks.

- Engage with clients and channel partners on portfolio performance and fund updates.

Ideal Candidate:

- 10-15 years of experience in Portfolio Management / Equity Fund Management / AIF-PMS setups.

- Deep understanding of listed equities, valuation methodologies, and alpha generation strategies.

- Hands-on experience with Bloomberg, Excel analytics, or portfolio attribution tools.

- Strong grasp of SEBI compliance, risk management, and fund documentation.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills comfortable engaging with HNI/UHNI and institutional clients.
